HF Vendor Showcase & Content Creation Day

Who has ever heard of a wedding show that doesn't charge vendor booth fees?  Call us crazy, but we felt like this was the perfect ticket to creating a collaborative event highlighting the best of what Louisville's event vendor market has to offer - bringing together innovative designers showcasing unique design, entertainment, or cuilinary concepts with professional photographers and video creaters to capture the magic.  It's a WIN-WIN for all vendors involved!  Photographers get to take beautiful images of setups and details, taking all the time they need that is so hard to get on a wedding day when you are focused on your couple.  Planners, designers, rental companies & catering vendors get access to beautiful images from the day to share on social media or their website that will continue to spread the love for the photographers featured.  All vendors get to network and meet with new or old friends in the industry as well as meet with real, highly qualified couples.  Some will be booked at Hazelnut Farm already and needing to book their vendors (especially great for vendors on "approval required" lists at HF), some are interested in HF as a potential venue, and some might be booked elsewhere but looking for amazing talents to complete their wedding day needs.   All we ask is that you SHOW UP & SHOW OUT the best of what you've got.  All client lists will be sent to you following the show, so you can take the time to really get to know potential clients once the doors open to them - no need to endlessly try to gather contact information!
