Enjoy the following with your rental:

  • All day use of the property with access at 8am and event end time as late as midnight
  • Access to two private dressing suites with en suite bathrooms secured with key code entry
  • Tables & gold chiavari chairs for up to 350 guests with setup complete based on your custom designed diagram 
  • Catering kitchen outfitted with warmers, commercial refrigerator, access to ice, and onsite trash & dumpster services
  • Staff on property all day to ensure functionality and beauty of the venue, help direct guests, and open appropriate areas of the venue based on the event timing
  • Onsite security for the last four hours of the event
  • Spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception
  • Climate controlled indoors
  • 4 event bathrooms - 2 private and 2 with four stalls each
  • Paved parking area with ADA compliant access to the venue
  • Perk items such as table numbers, a gift card box, a ceremony arbor, and easels
  • Audio guest book with vintage phone - get messages from your guests via audio recording after your event!
  • Outdoor furnishings including bourbon barrels, propane heaters & firepits for colder evenings and fans for Spring-Summer months
  • Rain backup plans for outdoor ceremonies on our large covered porch or inside the ballroom with room flip services

Our goal at Hazelnut Farm is to offer up front pricing to eliminate the unexpected costs that can be associated with a venue rental.  Pay one rental rate for everything included within our rental - no surprise fees along the way!

Hazelnut Farm brings together the best elements of having an outdoor or barn event with those in the comfort of a downtown ballroom.  Set within a privately positioned property overlooking a lake, you are completely transported to the beautiful countryside Kentucky is know for.  Your guests can still enjoy all the fun of downtown during their weekend stay while being able to partake in the party here as they can safely call a ride back to any hotel in Louisville just 20-25 minutes away.  The nearest hotel is just 5-10 minutes away!

Linen Rentals

Once you have booked your venue, we will help you build your custom designed layout.  While tables and chairs are included, you are responsible for the table linens - unless you want to utilize our rental services for added ease!  We will show you swatches, place your final order based on final guest count, and then set them up for you.  Once less thing you have to worry about!  Cost is based simply on what custom design you select.

Black & White Dance Floor

While you don't need to rent a dance floor to have a fun and festive dancing experience, many of our clients were loving the look of the addition of a black and white dance floor.  Now you can save on the rental delivery & setup fees by renting this item directly with us.  With the oversized 4' panels, you get the smooth classic look to elevate your overall ballroom design!  Max size is 20" x 20"

Extra Kitchen Equipment

Our catering kitchen is equipped with everything a standard caterer needs to hold food hot or cold and we always include ice and trash services.  However, some high end caterers or caterers preparing Indian cuisine require cooking equipment to cook proteins, breads, or appetizers fresh to order.. If your caterer needs a convection oven, deep fryer, or tandoori oven, we can rent those directly!  They will be hooked directly to a gas line so no need to worry about propane tanks as with standard rental equipment and no delivery fees!

Overnight Home Rental

Get private use of the property Friday through Sunday & host a rehearsal dinner on property.  Get luxury overnight accommodations for up to 12 adults.  Pricing is based on season and if the beautiful salt pool will be open during your stay.
