Your Planning Concierge

Hazelnut Farm requires a planner for all weddings and/or wedding receptions held on property. While you will be provided a list of approved planners trusted to fulfill this obligation, you can also book the management team of the venue for this service. This provides all the assistance of a nearly full-service planner for the cost of similarly priced month-of coordinators.

Your lead planner and 2nd lead will start out with you with an onboarding meeting. This 2 hour sit down will let our planning team get to know your vision, what's important to you, and most importantly your budget. From there, we can send you personalized vendor referrals, set up your goal budget, and set up the rough framework of the day to help with planning and booking vendors such as timing, layout, and design concepts.

Through the planning process, you will have our guidance as you book each of your vendors with contract review, design consultation, and budget management. You will never be flying blind or flying solo because we will have your back in all things! Our team is available for any advice or creative ideas you want to discuss, but you still retain control of the overall vision so your voice is never lost!

Enjoy the month leading up to your wedding while we take over all the details and communications with vendors. We will forward final guest counts, layouts, and timing information to each appropriate vendor, so everybody is prepared to help deliver an amazing and smooth wedding day for you! While you get ready on the day of, we will set the ballroom and ceremony spaces to all of your specifications. Experience every moment fully as we drive the timing and logistics of your photography, ceremony, and special events through the reception.
